Mackenzie & Associates offers a right-to-hire option to all our clients. Employers who choose this option generally wish to hire a permanent employee, but would like a period of time to evaluate technical skills and personality fit before a permanent offer of employment is made. For a period of 6 months (or shorter or longer if the client requests), a candidate will be a consultant and an employee of Mackenzie & Associates. At the end of 6 months, if mutually agreeable, the consultant will become a full-time employee of the client. No fee is charged to the client for exercising this option.
